On Monday at 12:38 p.m. a wind advisory was released by the National Weather Service valid from Tuesday 4 p.m. until Wednesday 7 a.m. for Central Douglas County, Eastern Curry County and Josephine County and Eastern Douglas County Foothills as well as Jackson County.The weather service describes, “Southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.”
