EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 38-year-old wanted man was arrested after an assault incident earlier this week in Horizon City, according to the Horizon City Police Department. Willshire Man Arrested On Domestic Violence Charge

(5-23-25) Last night at 9:16 pm Van Wert County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a residence on Green Street in Willshire for a report of domestic violence. Garrett J.K. Brown (29) of Willshire was arrested and transported to the Van Wert County Correctional Facility for First-Degree Misdemeanor charge of Domestic Violence.
