WILLMAR — A Willmar man is now facing federal charges related to the 2022 overdose death of a Pennock woman. Hudeifi Muhamed Mire, 24, was arraigned Tuesday in the U.S. District Court of New York on charges of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
