Williams Overman Pierce merges with Sorren, rebrands under national firm

Williams Overman Pierce, a CPA and advisory firm with offices in Greensboro, Raleigh and Wilmington, has merged with national tax and accounting firm Sorren. The 40-employee firm, founded in 1971, will rebrand as Sorren but continue operating from current locations, gaining expanded resources while maintaining local client service.
