WBU, BRTC announce new partnership to fast-track state workforce training

WALNUT RIDGE — William Baptist University (WBU) and Black River Technical College (BRTC) officials signed a workforce training partnership, aiming to create new pathways for students entering high-demand careers in Arkansas.
