The British carrier easyJet could soon change shareholder. The company announced that it had reached an agreement in principle with the Castlelake Investment Fund on the main financial parameters of a recommended public bid. The transaction, still subject to several conditions, would value easyJet at around Pound5.2 billion, or almost €6.07 billion.
