- The wildfire, known as Timmins 9, reached 3,151 hectares in size as of Thursday, according to Ontario Forest Fires measurements.
- After classifying the wildfire as "being held," officials declared it under control, allowing Residents to return safely to their homes.
- Thirteen forest firefighting crews continue suppressing the blaze, which remains located seven kilometres west of the Community.
