The European Commission has published detailed guidance spelling out how governments must integrate sustainability and resilience criteria into public tenders and renewable energy auctions under the EU’s Net Zero Industry Act (NZIA), in a move expected to reshape demand for clean-tech manufacturing and reduce over‑reliance on China.
