Pedestrian signals and art light up the neighbourhood

The latest edition of The SEDRA Owl brings news of two new Intersection Pedestrian Signals (IPS) coming to Bayview — one at Soudan/Parkhurst and the other at Sutherland Drive, across from Mt.
