Ukiah Animal Shelter to host California Adopt a Pet Day

The Ukiah Animal Shelter is participating in the California Adopt a Pet Day on Saturday, June 7 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Adoption fees will be waived ($31 license fee required for Mendocino County residents). This will be held at the Ukiah Animal Shelter at 298 Plant Road in Ukiah. We will be having grooming and dog training demonstrations, free dog collars and tags, vendors, food and raffles. Come meet your new best friend.

Friends of Lawrence County Animals is excited to assist The Doggie House with an adaptation event at David Crockett Park on Sunday, May 25th from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
