WHITE HALL, W.Va. (WBOY) — Spur, a K-9 with the White Hall Police Department, celebrated his well-earned retirement on Monday. Spur first joined the Fairmont Police Department in 2018, before moving with his owner to work with the White Hall Police Department in 2022.
