Strong winds from the nor’easter that has been battering Massachusetts this weekend are expected to end in most of the state on Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.By 3 p.m. Sunday, gusts across the state are expected to stay under 40 mph. By 9 p.m. Sunday, wind gusts are predicted to slow to less than 35 mph.
