Details have emerged from the 51-page statement given to the police by Ferhat Gündoğdu, the head of the Central Referees Committee (MHK), who was detained as part of the investigation known as the "referees file."

Ferhat Gündoğdu, who gave a statement to the police as part of the MHK investigation, was asked numerous critical questions ranging from the removal of referees from the classification to VETAS interventions, from audio recordings to millions of liras in financial transactions.

The statement given to the police by MHK President Ferhat Gündoğdu has been made public. Gündoğdu admitted to having phone conversations with some referees before matches, and stated that the classification changes were made in accordance with the TFF's decision.
