Police helicopter spotted over Harrow as multiple police cars rush through area

A police helicopter has been seen hovering over Harrow on Thursday night (23 May), with multiple police cars rushing through the area. Members of the Harrow Online Group on Facebook reported the helicopter flying above Harrow View, Headstone Lane and Long Elmes shortly before 11pm. At least four police cars were seen in Harrow View, and one witness told Harrow Online that a man was arrested at the scene. This has not yet been confirmed by police…
