PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — If you have an older EZ-Pass transponder, it may be time to check the battery. 12 News reached out to the Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority (RITBA) after drivers reported receiving toll bills in the mail despite having an EZ-Pass transponder.
