Preliminary BCL data shows a general decrease in interest rates, with some notable fluctuations across different types of loans and deposits

The central bank of Luxembourg (BCL) has just revealed the main figures on the evolution of interest rates for the month of February. The variable interest rate on real estate loans granted to households has thus decreased by 4 basis points to 3.84 % in February 2025, compared with 3.88 % in January 2025.
