What does domestic child protection actually need?

Last year, the series of violence committed against children who had been raised in the Bicske orphanage for many years received attention once again. Many of us hoped that this time the attention would mean a real turn of attention, and that the state would hear the voices of those living and working in child protection, recognize the problems that had been mentioned a thousand times, and do something about them. We were disappointed again.
