- While promoting Mercy on Jan. 9, Chris Pratt said host Graham Norton prompted him about Arnold Schwarzenegger's holiday habits, which led to Pratt sharing the large Christmas gift story.
- The portrait, a framed six-by-eight-foot canvas, depicts Arnold Schwarzenegger as Santa with Lyla, Eloise and Ford peering around a Christmas tree, and Pratt called it very lifelike and very big.
- Pratt joked he and his family are unsure what to do with the painting year-round, and Arnold Schwarzenegger also gifted him crocodile boots he wore in a movie, which Pratt said are 'regifted but iconic' during the show.
