The APIA advance starts on October 16, 2026: farmers can receive between 219.18 and 399.99 lei per hectare, up to 75%.
MADR and APIA prepare the payment of advances from agricultural subsidies, with the aim of reaching farmers before the autumn work. Depending on the support scheme, the advances will be calculated on the basis of amounts between 12.66 euro/cap of animal and 101.03 euro/hectare, and the payment can reach 75% of the amount related to each intervention.
As of 16 October 2026, the APIA will start payments on the advance account for direct payments to farmers. At the moment the legislation regulating these subsidies is in public debate and, according to the draft, there will be changes in the allocated budgets.
