Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 Patch 10.0 Release Countdown: Start Time for All Regions
Patch 10 introduces two new game modes, including a playable Helbrute, plus new weapons and enemies, marking the largest free content update to date, Saber Interactive said.
- On September 4, 2025, Saber Interactive and Focus Entertainment deployed Patch 10, the Anniversary Update for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S as a free update.
- The Year 2 roadmap confirms patches 10–15 through June 2026, and Season Pass II launches with 9 DLCs including new Champion skins and heraldry.
- The update introduces two new modes, Helbrute Onslaught for PvP and Stratagems for PvE, plus Operation Vortex featuring the Mutalith Vortex Beast and three Chaos Spawn variants, alongside new weapons like the Pyreblaster, Pyrecannon, and Power Axe.
- Progression changes mean experience requirements were reduced to speed progression, players earn Accolades for rewards and Heroic Weapons, and console marines receive update 01.010, the biggest patch to date.
- On the roadmap are patch 12 introducing the Techmarine early in 2026, a Battle Barge expansion and Siege map in Q2 2026, and Saber Interactive confirming ongoing Space Marine 2 support while developing Space Marine 3.
