A Larned man was arrested Friday on multiple charges related to the alleged sexual abuse of a minor. Kansas Bureau of Investigation agents arrested 36-year-old Alexander M. Jacobs at about 5:50 p.m. in the 300 block of West Fourth Street in Larned.
