Darrell Lambert, a firefighter with the Lake Volunteer Fire Department in Logan County, West Virginia was awarded the Medal of Valor by Gov. Patrick Morrisey Thursday, April 3, 2025 at the Governor's Office at the Capitol in Charleston. Also receiving the Medal of Valor Thursday was Capt. Donald Larsen, a 42-year veteran of the New Martinsville Police Department in Wetzel County.
