CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The West Virginia Division of Highways has opened bids for 28 transportation and infrastructure projects across the state, including a major bridge replacement effort in Raleigh County.

Raleigh County, WV (WOAY) – The West Virginia Division of Highways is accepting bids for the Mabscott overhead bridge and the Cova Street overhead bridge in Raleigh County. The existing Mabscott overhead bridge was built in 1960. The Cova Street Bridge was built in 1958, and both are under weight limits.
