The Wisconsin State Patrol said a West Salem man is arrested on his sixth OWI charge in Crawford County. During a traffic stop on Thursday afternoon at around 3:12 p.m. on Highway 27 and Snyder Road, just north of Seneca, a State Trooper arrested George Lee Payne, 57. The trooper tried to do field sobriety tests with Payne, who refused to take them. He blew a 0.292 on a breath test, then was taken into custody. Wisconsin’s legal limit is 0.08. …
