West Fargo PD deploys all-terrain vehicle

WEST FARGO — The brainchild of a West Fargo police officer will help the department increase public safety downtown and in undeveloped areas. A new police ATV, a vehicle that only a handful of state agencies have, will improve accessibility and protection in the community.
