In what became a lively Democratic race, Lisa Kearns outpaced Lisa Bryan-Confronti by a more than two to one margin in West Chester’s 7th Ward for a seat on borough council in Tuesday’s primary.  No Republican ran for the seat in the 7th Ward in Tuesday’s primary.
