A West Bloomfield man was sentenced Feb.18 for his role in an unemployment insurance fraud scheme that spanned several states, officials said. At a hearing in federal court in Detroit, Arron Howard, 33, was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison for wire fraud after pleading guilty to the charge.
