"We're Working Overtime": VST Hopes to Fill Officer Shortage, Establish Elite Unit

With the Public Security Service (VST) facing a shortage of about a third of its officers, its commander Viktoras Grabauskas says that recently more people have been getting jobs here than leaving the service, and the shortage of officers should be gone within a year or two.
