As in his debate with the Ecologists on Friday, the millionaire business banker on Saturday hammered his impression that France was currently in a "pre-revolutionary" period, a long-standing analysis by Jean-Luc Mélenchon.
The media mogul, owner of Radio Nova and a self-proclaimed leftist, highlighted his numerous "agreements" with La France Insoumise (LFI), drawing enthusiastic applause from the thousand or so activists attending the debate in Châteauneuf-sur-Isère in the Drôme region.
