Hunter 11/04/25 A traffic stop on an Oxford woman has led to drug possession charges. A sheriff’s deputy stopped 47-year-old Terisa Soto of Lower Old Highway 6 Road on US 6 East in Tiffin at 10:30pm Sunday after reportedly making an improper turn.  Upon contact, she allegedly appeared to be very nervous, and said she was on her way home from Muscatine.
