Ahead of his home match in charge, new Gulls boss Jimmy Ball has strengthened his backroom team by adding Darren Way to his first-team coaching staff. Way arrives at Plainmoor after departing United’s National League South rivals Bath City, and will assist Ball until the end of the 2025/26 campaign.
