COON VALLEY – Northeast Iowa, like Southwest Wisconsin, is no stranger to the impacts of heavy rain, and the storm-water runoff that contributes to flooding. In prior years, Rob Marlatt of the Turkey River Watershed Authority paid a visit to Coon Valley to learn more about the Coon Creek Community Watershed Council’s (CCCWC) efforts.
