Waterloo region contractors worry water capacity delays on new developments could cut jobs

Some contractors in Waterloo region say they're concerned over the region not entering into new servicing agreements due to a water capacity issue because it could lead to job losses later this year. A motion passed at a committee meeting on Feb. 10 could see some developments move ahead, which contractors say is critical.
