Shamrock Rovers manager Stephen Bradley says he was “sickened” by the racial abuse from a member of the crowd which was aimed at the Hoops’ teenage star Victor Ozhianvuna in Friday’s league win away to Waterford.

Waterford have said that they are co-operating with the relevant authorities after an alleged incident of racism towards a Shamrock Rovers player by one of their supporters.

In the defeat of the LASK at the GAK, racist insults against several players of their own team have occurred from parts of the LASK-facilitator.

"People's disdainful and discriminatory exclamations are said to have been made by LASK fans at the Bundesliga match against the GAK. The Linz professional club is now taking a stand.
