INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. – On July 27, 2026, at approximately 8:00 p.m., Washoe County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the North Sand Harbor boat ramp following a report of a possible water rescue. Upon arrival, deputies observed an unresponsive adult male being brought to shore by bystanders.
