ST. LANDRY PARISH, La. (KLFY) -- Officials in St. Landry Parish are warning residents about a scam that is being texted to resident's phones. The messages claim to be from Parish Presiend Jessie Bellard. St. Landry Parish Government released a Facebook post, warning the public to not reply to the text.
