UMATILLA COUNTY – A Washington state man was cited after being clocked at 144 mph on Interstate 84 eastbound near the Deadman Pass exit. An Oregon State Police (OSP) trooper was along the interstate typing up reports when a blue Dodge Charger passed him going 144 mph, the speed limit on that section of I-84 is 70 mph.
