THEODOSIA, Mo. — Authorities reported in April that a warrant service conducted March 13 in Theodosia resulted in the arrest of a man on a felony warrant, according to the Ozark County Sheriff’s Office. Deputy Lane and Deputy Ryan served the warrant at a residence in Theodosia, where Robert Kelley was located and taken into custody without incident.
