On the second day of the very fragile truce between Lebanon and Israel, the displaced return to the south by hundreds of thousands. Long lines of bottling were formed along the coastal highway leading to southern Lebanon. But this return remains febrile and suspended from the consolidation of the ceasefire and negotiations between Lebanon and Israel.
Despite the cease-fire, many civilians remain reluctant to return definitively, due to the destruction of the widespread and lack of service essentials such as gua and electricity.
