Wanted: a Covid memorial

A summer Sunday. The tailend of a long-delayed visit to family and friends in the UK. We were dawdling around London, the way you do. No particular plan. The bells of Saint Pauls were a tumult of sound as we paused to look at a memorial. They’re everywhere, as they are in every big  city.
