The Santiago Wanderers, from Chile, became this Sunday the new champion of the Copa Libertadores Sub-20 that competed in Quito, Ecuador, after tie 1-1 in the 90 minutes and beat by 5-4 in the batch of penalties to the Brazilian Flamengo, bi-champion defender of the tournament.
