Waldo County Technical Center students paint murals at Belfast's Skate Park

BELFAST — Students from Waldo County Technical Center’s graphic design program designed and painted ocean themed murals at Belfast’s skate park this June as part of an ongoing study in mural creation through WCTC’s Extended Learning Opportunities program.
