Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić announced today that the construction of a new kindergarten at the "Vera Gucunja" Preschool Institution in Sombor will be completed in less than a year, and stressed that there will no longer be a waiting list for children in that city, and that a bypass around Sombor will also be built.
