Vox Takes Sánchez to Court over Ceuta
Vox says the case is backed by a police intelligence report and alleges 72,000 people crossed from Morocco into Ceuta in July.

The legal coordinator of Vox and leader of the delegation in Brussels, Jorge Buxadé, announced this Monday that the formation will present a complaint against the president, Pedro Sánchez, and the Minister of the Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, for the crimes of transgression, collaboration with terrorism, omission of the duty of relief and injuries due to the management of the mass influx of immigrants in Ceuta at the end of July.
The judicial action will also include the Secretary of State for Security and will attribute to the Government alleged offences of failure to provide relief, homicide and injuries for their actions during the mass influx.
