Voters should have their say on Ohio’s H2Ohio program: editorial

Despite congenital resistance by the General Assembly’s slash-and-burn crowd, Ohioans deserve a chance to vote, up or down, this November on Gov. Mike DeWine’s quest for stable finances for his H2Ohio clean water program. That’s despite what looks like mulish opposition by DeWine’s fellow Republican, House Speaker Matt Huffman, of Lima, to letting voters make that call.
