Voters renew Marlette Community Schools' operating millage, 464 to 171

According to unofficial results of Tuesday’s election, the Marlette Community Schools’ operating millage renewal was passed by voters, 464 to 171. The vote approved renewing an 18.8324 mill for six years, from 2027 to 2032, for school operating purposes. The first year of the millage being levied, in 2027, should see almost $1.3 million raised for school use.
