Vosges. An old polluted car breaker worries the town hall of Mattaincourt, which challenges Minister Agnès Pannier

The company for recycling and de-pollution of end-of-life vehicles was liquidated in 2014. Since then, the building and the land have remained in the state with polluting waste and hundreds of old tires leading to the town hall's démarches for a decade and a recent letter to the Minister of Ecological Transition, Biodiversity, Forest, Sea and Fisheries of France.
