The ban on publishing the identities of suspects and prosecuted people would not apply to the names of politicians and other publicly known people, even after the proposed tightening, claims the amendment's proponent, the chairman of the parliamentary constitutional and legal committee, Radek Vondráček. According to him, it is about strengthening the personal rights of ordinary people.
