More than 100 volunteers placed thousands of American flags at veterans' graves on Thursday afternoon in preparation for Memorial Day. The 3,500 flags were distributed at graves at Hills of Rest Cemetery, located at 300 N. Chapel Hill Rd., in Sioux Falls.
