SEVERODVINSK, ARKHANGELSK REGION, RUSSIA, JUL 25 – Russia plans to build six new Borei-A and Yasen-M nuclear submarines by 2030 to maintain strategic deterrence and naval modernization, with 12 subs currently nuclear-capable, SIPRI said.
